Decks built for twenty summers.
New decks, additions, stairs and railing around Savannah. Pressure-treated lumber, posts in concrete, galvanized hardware.
What's included
The whole deck, not just the boards.
Almost any deck looks good the first year. What decides how it looks in year ten is the part you can't see: how deep the posts go, how the joists are spaced, and the hardware tying it all to the house. That's where we don't cut.
Options
Three choices that move the price.
Decking material
Pressure-treated pine is the value option and what we build most. We also do composite if you want zero maintenance.
Railing
Stainless cable keeps the view open, wood keeps the cost down, or railing only where the height requires it.
Height & steps
A ground-level deck is cheaper; a raised one needs more posts, skirting and railing. We sort it out on the walk-through.

Common questions
What people always ask.
What does a deck cost?
It depends on size, height and railing. A simple ground-level deck costs a lot less than a raised one with stairs and cable railing. We come out, measure, and give you a written number — free.
How long does it take?
Most decks take three to seven working days once we start, weather permitting. We give you a start date and we keep it.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on height, location and your county. We'll tell you at the walk-through whether your project needs one and what has to be filed.
Do you repair existing decks?
Yes. Rotten board replacement, framing repairs, new stairs, or re-railing a deck that's otherwise sound.
