Featured project
Custom Porch Project – Savannah, GA
A porch roof spanning the entire back of the house, corner to corner. Treated wood posts on the existing concrete patio, the roof tied into the house with matching shingles, and the rafters left exposed underneath.
Corner to corner
The roof covers the full width of the rear elevation. Not an awning over the door — a full room-sized space.
Tied into the house
Ledger anchored into the framing and the same shingle as the existing roof, so it doesn't read as an add-on.
Exposed rafters
No ceiling panel: the framing stays visible, it breathes, and there's nothing to delaminate in the humidity.
Outdoor kitchens & fireplaces
Brick, stainless and a real fire.
Porches & screen porches
The yard, minus the mosquitos.
Pergolas, pavilions & patio covers
Shade that looks like it belongs.
Design & planning
Every build starts as a drawing.
Before a single board gets cut we draw the space to scale, with real dimensions. These are two pavilion-and-outdoor-kitchen layouts we designed — 20' × 20' and 20' × 30'. This is how you'll see your own project before you commit.
Design renderings by Lalo's Home Improvements. The finished build may vary with site conditions, materials and permitting.
Decks & railing
Decks, step landings and cable railing.
Pavers, brick & driveways
Reclaimed brick and hand-cut patterns.
Fencing
From backyard privacy to ranch rail.
Before & during
Most of it starts worse than you'd think.
Tearing out the old, hauling the debris and getting the base right is half the job. That's on us too.
Inside the house
We work inside too.
Stone accent walls, electric fireplaces, built-in cabinetry and bathroom remodels. If we're already at your house for the yard, we often handle the inside in the same project.
Site work & sod
We leave the ground like we were never there.
Grading, sand fill, compacted gravel and rolled sod. It's the part nobody photographs, and it's the difference between a finished job and a wrecked yard.
On video
The work, in motion.
